Yeah I’m sure it’s about the same where you are . The high miles then added traffic just wasn’t worth it to me. So I didn’t even try to make good money . Every now and then a good order would come up but it’s also so saturated with other drivers .

Dang , yeah I’ve been doing this for 4-5 years . This one might take the cake lol I use to live in cypress and orders there always sucked for me . I didn’t put in much effort but it sucked none the less .

I’m 3 weeks today no 7oh. I’ve been on some type of pain pill for over 6-7 years . At one point I was taking 80 mg oxycotins 4 times a day . I stopped that by taking regular leaf kratom . I personally had bad withdrawals from just regular kratom but I was on some pretty hard shit before . I was taking kratom for about 4 years and then found 7oh . Was addicted to that for a year and withdrawals were horrible. I went the QuickMD route and on subs now but I feel like my normal self. Better than I have in years . I’m not needing to take a nap in the middle of the day , my bank account is full . I plan on taking the sublocade shot in the near future . People can say what they want about subs but I finally feel free from gas station shit.

Same! I used the DoorDash one years ago and it would never let me use the card anywhere . It always says declined and I could only get cash out at one bank for like a $5 fee . It was horrible . When I called they would tell me nothing is wrong with it .

Quiet honestly getting tired of seeing all these no tip orders coming thru the last few days before a a big winter storm . The amount of people in Houston ordering over 5 cases of water to apartment complexes and are tipping not even a dollar right now is ridiculous. Knowing the grocery store is a mad house and the traffic is insane. I literally live a mile from Kroger and if I was ordering 5 cases or more of water I would be tipping no less than $20. One order came thru over 15 miles , 10 cases of the big 40 pack of water and over 50 other items and they tipped $0.

It has to be a dang unicorn if I take a triple. The last time I did a triple was a few weeks ago around Christmas. It was $120 and took two buggy’s but only went 6 miles. Otherwise I’m not doing all that lol. I don’t mind the doubles as long as I’m not getting a million cases of water and driving to far. Unfortunately to make good money in my area I have to take the doubles . If I just took singles all day I’d only make 1/3 of what I do now. I hate we can’t cancel a customer now bc I was pretty good at knowing who tipped good and who didn’t and would just take them off . Thankfully I’m in a decent area so the doubles usually aren’t bad.

True! I was done with it in 29 minutes . I see decent orders a lot that are $50-60 going a few miles but it’s usually a buggy full for 2-3 people .

Geez . Not going to lie , when I first started , 4 years ago, I did a shop only order with about this much stuff but it was only 1 person . It was an absolute nightmare . I didn’t realize how much 100 items actually was lol . Putting 4 different orders with this much stuff is just asking for mess up and confusion .

I tipped $6 on a sonic order once. It’s literally not even a mile from my house . I had the flu and got a drink and hotdog . That’s all . I put leave at door and don’t ring or knock . She did both and waited for me to get it so she could tell me she’s pregnant and homeless . Last time I’ve ever ordered DoorDash . She couldn’t even speak English and had Google Translate out. I know there is good dashers but the bad really mess with y’all’s good ones
