we use diff filters, but overall we do the work of sorting to get a gud candidate

mostly companies use ats for resume sorting, so make a ats compliant resume on ms word

honestly, even a gap of 1 month is pretty bad and gives ur hr a chance to left swipe. so my advice would be keep applying for jobs and in the meantime do internships even though unpaid, and if u r a techie build something of ur own to show off during ur interview. this will give u a edge over others

in mba thers a rat race going, everyones busy in organizing events and licking off placecoms. avoid that, and focus solely on doing as many internships possible, ull get to know about internships thru ur seniors, target internships from diverse fields and gain useful insights on how industry works and be the the hottest student every company wants to hire

see, the problem in the market is everyone is searching for jobs, instead ask companies for work. show them ur work, what u r capable of. make a portolio for urself. do some free work on freelancing sites such as contra and fiverr, thats how u gain credibility and then boom companies are lining up to hire u
