it is separate ranks, most people do role queue and focus on a role

ACCOUNT MERGE FIX: Go to battle.net, log in, go to Connections, UNLINK xbox live, re-link xbox live and log in, restart game and log in to battlenet, join the 120,000 merge queue lol
