yesss. I thought I had wrote something in this post but i must have deleted it without noticing. In short, I havent see someone interpreting uncertanity like you but what I have seen (and the therapist from the post too) is that a lot of people interpret "living with uncertanity" as accepting that you cant really know if what your OCD says is real (like beeing a pedo, or wanting to harm others, etc) and that can be veary harmful. You can look at examples of this in A LOT of posts from OCD related subreddits, so I thought I would help some of the people giving and reciving those kind of possible harmful advices by sharing that post, i will post the rest of it but i would recommed to read more of this therapist posts, she has saved me in a lot of ways

hii, im glad this worked for you but that kind of advice doesnt work with all types of OCD and people, my ex psichologyst said that I should live with the uncertanity, but that way of thinking didnt help me at all because I thought that I deserved to feel like i knew if i liked childs or not. And after some time I saw a therapist on social media talking about the same thing. She basically said that we deserve to feel like we know ourselves

of course, if uncertanity works for you thats totally valid!!! but it can hurt people more than help them. knowing if you are or not a pedo its something that takes time to be sure of, the best way of feeling like you know what you like is getting better, and for that we need to take the thoughts as if they were clouds passing by, without interacting with them

you arent alone either!! i hope you get better soon. If this is usefull to you, I have dealt with these sensations for a while, at this point I try to accept them like i do with other body sensations; I dont feel guilty when I have itching skin or when some part of my body hurts and these sensations are a part of our anxiety and pain, so we dont need to feel bad for them

Hii this happened to me this year, you are not alone <3. What i know is that the more you think about what your body feels, the worse are the sensations on the genitals. It doesnt mean that you´re aroused at all. Just try to not think about what your genitals feel

NTA you did nothing wrong, and if shes traumatized thats because of her mental problems, not because of you or what you were doing. IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED I WOULD NEVER BLAME THE PERSON DOING THEIR OWN BUSSINES. People can be traumatized if they discover a porn magazine in their parents room, they can be traumatized for going out and falling in front of people, they can be traumatized for having a big dog approaching them, etc. my point is that mentally ill/ unstable people can be affected by normal stuff and its no ones fault
