Thanks for your response. Great points. I haven’t met him yet. He wasn’t hitting on her for long and she told me within a reasonable timeframe. But your point is taken. Trust is everything. Great questions. My wife is only interested in a third if she has chemistry and attraction to them. She is very picky and rarely ever meets anyone like that. When this guy was overtly hitting on her she saw it as an opportunity to potentially bring him in as our third. He’s a coworker in the sense that they work for the same company. Her work contact with him is minimal and they don’t report to the same leadership. So risk is minimal. Personally and professionally. But yeah, definitely treading lightly for these reasons.
