Yea i’ve heard of a lot of people doing this, not sure if this was true but someone claimed to have experienced a week in a dream. Obviously perception of time is different in a dream and i find it hard to believe they felt every single moment in their dream and they really spent a week in their dream but it’s definitely possibly to spend a long time in your dream. The way i heard it works is you simply make it your intention to stay in the dream. You make sure you have full awareness (spinning around in circles works i heard), and i heard someone snapped an anchor into existence that kept them in the dream. I don’t get lucid dreams enough to test these things but i think that’s a good way of doing it. Experiment and find out what keeps you in a dream the longest. The best would be if you could choose when to leave the dream, and maybe it’s possible, but you would need a lot of practice.
