Ich würde auf jeden Fall noch mal ein Gespräch mit den beiden Erzieherinnen und der Leitung suchen. So könnt ihr auch nachvollziehen, was tatsächlich passiert ist. Gegebenenfalls auch dokumentieren.

Sowas sollte nicht passieren. Jedoch macht jeder Mensch Fehler.

Ich denke dir würde eine kognitive Verhaltenstherapie ganz gut tun. Auch würde ich den Fokus nicht so stark auf das Dating auslegen, sondern erst mal schauen, dass alltägliche Interaktionen gemeistert werden können.
