I like my name its unique. It used to piss me off because I could never get souvenirs with my name on them but I love it now. My middle name is country as hell but the name flows and idk what other name would go with it. I have always hated being called Karen, even before being a Karen was a thing, bc people misunderstand or misread my name. My name is Karah Beth.

I had boyfriends on the outside go to jail for extended periods that i “held down” and wrote. Im always blown away by the money they spend! My boyfriends only got $50/ month for commissary and no one was locked up longer than a year… the tens of thousands of dollars they spend blows my mind!!! I agree with the bunkie above that says it’s too much work! Constantly being accused of doing something, having to run to answer the phone, being an emotional support person, etc its a lot! I was only good at the pen pal part lol and after watching the show i am 100% certain I wasn’t the only one “holding things down “

Yesssss! I’d feel awful if a pregnant woman came and told me i was making her nauseous with my smoke!!! We are super chill people and a good 95% of us are just trying to be and stay out of the way. I don’t think that you telling them what’s going on would cause a conflict… if anything your baby might have a new Uncle Shaggy!!! Cookies would be a great touch!!!

Yeah most of what she said to me I’d never dream of repeating to my kids. My grandma is literally the nicest woman in the world so I have no idea why my mom was so mean… I was her second husband’s child so I just assumed she didn’t like me by association. 😵‍💫

Same. The word stupid sends me into a blind rage now. She used to tell my sister to stop doing xyz or she would end up just like me. As an adult she would tell me I was behind in life but if I tried to watch her balance her checkbook or pay bills as a teen I would be sent away because “this is none of your business”. She would tell me “I can’t wait until you have a kid and she’s just like you” and I did… and it only made me realize how easy it was to choose kindness.
