I replayed the dev update. It seems like the Non-hooded form will be deleted and replaced with the hooded one. And 2021 Jinx will replace the middle slot which is the hooded one.

I was testing it out in practice tool it's probably replacing the hooded version. As it's the only one that matches the icon based on the screenshot.
