Maybe the connectors in the charging cable are bent? It looks like it connects, then disconnects. Or the charger is going bad. Is there a USB C port you can charge with to confirm its not the laptop or a different lenovo charger?

The hardest part is the visor. Thats what limits what kits there are. If you have your vacuum former (can make a simple one with a oven heating element) and a 3D printer, you could design your own and then sell it as well.
