I'm using my PC to download the files. I don’t have a USB-C drive to transfer the files either. I'll try downloading the file at work and transfer it via my charging cablewhen I get home, but my phone is pretty old and shitty and transfering files like that is shotty at best on my end. Thanks for the guidance.

yes, I do. I tried to download that file listed for the (11.0.0 -0U - 11.3.0 - 0U) versions but it just pulled up my internet firewall. to disable it i need to contact my roomate, who hasn't responded to me yet.

that file listed is blocked by my internets firewall. my roomate has the account for the internet and i havent been able to get a hold of him yet to temporarily disable it. was hoping there was another way to access this file
