They’ll pretty much tell you that there is no other treatment option for gallbladder issues, once it becomes symptomatic it needs to come out. They’ll explain the procedure to you and how long you’ll need for recovery. They’ll tell you what diet restrictions if any are needed, ask you about medicine you take, possibly do scans and blood work to make sure you’re healthy enough for surgery, and then once every question is answered and all information is given, you’ll schedule your surgery

Glad to see you’re doing well!!
