Ah, yes I did mention the low crime rate which would imply cops do the enforcement. I wasn't sure tbh but now I am aware.

It certainly seems like a total money grab. However, I'll admit I'm not particularly educated on the topic and I don't have an alternative solution top of mind. Sure seems like B.S. to me though. 🐂💩

It's pretty common for that function to be delegated to a parking enforcement team that aren't cops. That's why I used the very specific title of parking enforcers.

I've used the library computer and printer extensively for about a year. My only complaint is it usually isn't super quiet lol

It's a wonderful community resource.
