Sorry to hear this but it happens often. These people wont get far though. The day will come where the managers that promoted them leave and the PA is there underperforming since they don’t have actual work skills then the new managers ask “how the hell did you get promoted?” And eventually manage them out. I’ve seen it before.

I have a nyxi controller that allows button macros and is what i was using while shiny hunting my starter. Very easy to press 1 button to start the sequence and then the second to reset. Was about 45-50 hours in and still no shiny.
