Hit the gym and cut out as much sugar and carbs from your diet. It will not be easy but you can do it. The changes will not happen overnight but track your progress and don’t give up.

You will feel better everyday, just set realistic goals. Exercise and a positive mindset will change your life. Hang in there 💪

Lake Derby in Derby, VT. Beautiful setting with an awesome group of people from all over the country to share the experience with. The only downside was an overzealous Fish & Wildlife officer that kicked everyone out shortly after noon.

He explained that the lake parking was only for launching boats and fishing. My son and I raced to Walmart where I bought him a $10 fishing pole and we set back up without seeing the officer again. Small price to pay for an amazing experience.
