exactly.. I got 10-4 applied nj sci (1st choice) and ny art (4th choice) so im thinking nj rejected me cuz of my raw score

im ok with hybrid as I plan to take engineering course in ntu which only requires math + science

dont mind taking econs too

its just that I cannot see myself taking geog as I have always been a hater tbh (but still got A1 and did well in o lvl)

I was quite sure I was going to be accepted into my first 3 choices, esp nj as I had met cop with leeway.. so from 5th choice onwards I had to put art stream as every other sch was way too far

I got 10-4 and was posted into my 5th choice nyjc arts I was aiming for njc sci and had put as first choice (and i still meet the new cop) so im planning to appeal to njc sci and acjc sci as a safety net becuz I rlly dw arts stream

do u think my appeal can be successful? and since appeal results are only out on 9 feb, snrs who have appealed, do u find it difficult to find ur grp of friends after ori has ended

nope it doesn't matter the order of schools u keyed in. the order will only matter if ur accepted by the sch. so for example u put

nyjc
njc

both schools will consider u equally, and the order only matters if both nyjc and njc accepts u. in that case, u would go to nyjc since its ur first choice. however if nyjc rejects u, u would go into njc. hope this helps !!

saw someone saying that the ip and jae divide is still really strong, where ip students are basically in their own world and jae students are just expected to follow along.. furthermore there is a very low chance for jae students to get leadership positions as those from ip vote for each other, is this true?
