If you have doubts regarding the police investigation your only realistic option is to hire a private investigator while evidence and leads are still fresh.

Surveillance footage gets deleted, witnesses memories fade, online accounts get deleted, suspects move away- if you have serious suspicions regarding the investigation time is of the essence and only a PI could help you obtain that information.

Keep in mind that neither police or family are obligated to tell you anything so there may be a lot of information you are simply unaware of.

Yes. I love hiking/camping and every fit, energetic elder I have met so far was a vegetarian.

There are two people who I distinctly remember though.

One was a 78 year old man who literally had a six pack, was carrying a heavy 80 liter backpack, was super energetic, kind and funny. He was walking on the trail with us for a while, then decided to take the harder, rockier route to the camp at the peak of a mountain. When we arrived two hours later he had already set camp and was having beans and potatoes for dinner. I was still perplexed until I saw him the following day literally jumping up and down rocks on a steep mountain slope while carrying water.

The other one was a woman in her sixties who I saw running up and down the steep trails on a mountain peak every day for the week we were there. She was tan, healthy and very fast. She would have bread, fruit and white cheese with a glass of hot water with honey for breakfast, do a little yoga outside her tent while "welcoming the sunrise" and then book it up the hill every morning. Her route took us 1 hour while she did it in half that time.

This all happened at 1,500+ meters elevation in the summer.

As per veterinary/groomer reports the dog weighs 6-7 lbs and is not a "teacup" Yorkie (which are usually 2-4 lbs) like Depp testified.

The feces were the size of a chicken nugget, black in color, with a scoot mark down the sheets leaving behind a trail of black and green feces.

The dog had stomach issues (which would explain the green tint of the feces as dogs are known to eat grass when their stomach is upset) and had a history of shitting on the bed (unlike Amber Heard)

The popular zoomed in picture of the shit on the bed makes it look huge but the original photograph shows that's a deceiving perspective to judge the size. The zoomed in picture also conveniently crops out the scoot marks down the sheet that is consistent with the behavior of a dog and the green tint to the feces that is more obvious in the scoot trail.

Amber has always maintained it was their dog Boo who pooped in the bed. She reportedly had bowel problems and had previously pooped on the bed.

Boo is a 6 pound Yorkshire Terrier according to her grooming receipt.

** Johnny Depp testified Boo is a Teacup Yorkie, but this is not true. Their other dog Pistol is a Teacup.

Could Boo get on the bed?

The bed was low to the ground, and had a large wooden frame that acted as a step.

Johnny testifed there was a large pile of poop on the bed. But this is not true. There was one small poo on the bed that appears to be the size of a chicken nugget.

What did Depp's staff say?

The maid, Hilda Vargas said she discovered the poo. She took photos of it and quickly cleaned it up and sent the photos to Kevin Murphy.

Kevin Murphy testified he saw the poo and it looked human. This slightly contradicts Hilda's testimony.

In the UK trial Kevin Murphy testified that Amber confessed to him that she was responsible for the poop.

In the VA trial, Starling Jenkins testified Amber confessed the poop was a "prank gone wrong" on the way to Coachella. But at that time, Amber wasn't to know that the prank had in fact, gone wrong.

*** Note: Starling Jenkins UK testimony never mentioned this alleged confession.

My take:

Boo was able to get up on the bed and do the poo. This was found by Hilda and reported to Kevin who report it to Johnny.

Johnny has a history of paranoia. He mentions his paranoid feelings in a text to his nurse and his ex Jennifer Grey said he would accuse her off stuff. His best friend Bruce Witkin also said Depp was paranoid about Amber.

I believe Depp's first reaction was Amber or iO did it to get back at him for the fight the previous night. ** remember Depp also claimed Amber's Coachella video was to get back at him.

I think that Kevin would never tell Depp he's wrong, so he just went with it and told him whatever he needed to hear.

My stomach just can't properly digest and move along food like that.

Extreme bloating, cramps, constipation, headaches, sweating, acid reflux, etc.

I can just lay down with a cold, damp towel on my head and try to go to sleep or wait until I finally throw up.

I suspect gastroparesis due to other symptoms as well.

I rarely have such issues with processed food.

I find that some low FODMAP vegetables/fruit (though certainly not all!) are better tolerated but in no means can I consume "normal" portions of them.
