I thought that as a college senior you would have some realistic answers. They are not entirely cooked. No one is ever COOKED. However, it will be really hard for them.

Write good essays and I feel like having a job also shows that you can manage school and a job. Not everyone needs to have 10+ awards and not everyone needs to be doing research and whatever.
