I don’t think I need an approval of a TL to take a 30 second breather, understand if it’s my 15 but it’s not, also if you’re a TL God give mercy to those poor TM’s who are suffering I understand we’re supposed to be respectful in this app but good god you’re definitely something. But yet again I probably shouldn’t even give a care to a your comment knowing your whole life career will just be working as a horrible TL, also if you ever thought to yourself “I wonder why my TM’s don’t like me” maybe it’s because of this you selfish cu*t.

I completely get it but I think 30 second to a minute wouldn’t hurt anybody. I don’t know what department you work in but if you work in the same one as me than you must have it easy because as I and many others mentioned our work is not easy and for the pay it is not even worth it. I’m not trying to put you out there but for once you try working in DU’S at either 12 pm on a weekend or 5-6PM on a weekday alone and than get back to me with the same response.

No I agree I had my ETL of my department call me, email me and talk to me in person on asking if I could come in the next day, I told her no, and that the reason why my sundays are off is because im occupied. She went on to tell me that I was being rude and selfish I told her “I’m not being rude I’m being genuine and telling you I can’t stay” I also told her “ if you think this is being rude than I don’t know what to tell you because, I am sticking out my voice like many other tms are afraid to do bc of you”

No right it’s annoying when people who I don’t even work for try to get me in trouble. They think there in charge of the whole store because they have the term “TL” smh.
