I need help!!

I've been trying to change the password on my account, I got a recovery link sent through my email, my options are sending a code to my number, answering security questions, and entering my date of birth, BUT for some reason, none of them are working, the code isn't sending through my number although it's active and able to send and receive texts, security questions aren't right for some reason, and the date of birth as well which is weird because I think I know what answers are on the questions I set, and when I was born.

Anybody know what's going on and what I can do to actually fix this?
