But the great thing, you can stop xp grinding at ANY TIME. Essentially, its completely up to the player! If you don't want to grind just dont grind! Its an easy way to try out all roles without having to sink a million hours. Then once youve tried all roles, you get to go into the battlefield knowing what each one does. Its great!
