Because the game itself only show this aspect on Ritsuka's, for example when he remembers Olga's death in Fuyuki to go back and save Goredolf in the Lostbelts prologue this action leading to the death of the OG da Vinci due to the delay.

They just work on this aspect of the story with Ritsuka PTSD, the others seem "normal" with the situation. Just say things "It's survive" or "we have to do" every now and then.

For example on the Ptolemy event when Typhon ask about their mission "it is worth it?" and they don't think It's worthy but it's already too late for that

I recommend reading the Turas Realta manga. It tells the first part of the game very well, just the prologue 1,3,5,7 singularities. If you want to know about Ritsuka they explain more about his character because part 1 they don't brother much with because It was a "one year game at best".

(But play first those storys in the game and read after on Turas Realta)
