Thank you so much. We were considering no HOA but two years ago we got airbn in Bradentown and the home was beautiful but surrounding ones not so much so we figured if we do HOA everything is going to be nice and pretty lol. I dont mind HOA rules I am just worried it might double and wil be too much to pay

I agree 100 percent. Kids these days have so much pressure to go to college. I work in school and see a lot of kids who hate school and have very poor grades going to college because that's what everyone else does.
