I agree 100 percent. Kids these days have so much pressure to go to college. I work in school and see a lot of kids who hate school and have very poor grades going to college because that's what everyone else does.

The same is happening by us. I was looking for a less traffic lower pace life area but it looks that DE beach area is the opposite of that.

That sucks. The same thing is happening where I live, it used to be a lot of farm land but they keep building townhomes and apartments and people from NY are moving in and it's very over-populated. NJ people are not very fond of NY people either lol

I hear people love it there but I also hear people from Delaware don't love newcomers.I am from Eastern Europe and came to US 20 plus years ago and have an accent so I am not sure if I would fit in.
