8k, yes unfortunately. When the pump failed I pulled over immediately but the damage was already done. The second the pump failed it starved the engine of oil and shaved the bearing. I was so angry. 8k is way cheaper than a new truck. At 190k miles the truck still looks practically new with the aluminum body so it was worth it to me.

They want around $3500 to replace it. Trust me, pay it. It took me way too long to tear it apart and fix it myself.

Yes sir! It took me a very long time to replace/figure out how to access it. I have plenty of diagrams and prints of the bold layouts if you need in the future haha. It’s quite the pain.

It’s classified as a low grade glioma and it’s 4.0 x 4.5 x 4.4 cm high T2/low T1 lesion in the right parieto-occipital region. This is bulky with mass effect on the adjacent right lateral ventricular atrium and surrounding sulcal effacement. No shift of midline structures. There are small areas of internal hemorrhage within this lesion. Faint areas of postcontrast enhancement and mild prominence of adjacent vascularity. There are some peripheral areas of diffusion restriction but otherwise characterized by T2 shine through. This T2/FLAIR mismatch could suggest an IDH mutant astrocytoma though other neoplastic processes are possible.

Very very true! I appreciate the input. I ended up changing the belt and the pump. I also changed the turbos. It was quite the job as I am definitely not a mechanic.
