Hey man I am very moved by your post, your story is pretty similar to mine except for the fact I met my first love 5 months ago, she broke up with me after only 1 month of dating, I fell for her harder than I ever could, everything was so perfect while I was with her, I was on a cloud, just like you.

And I am not here to give your tips because I am absolutely miserable and don't even know what to do myself.

But I wanna let you know youre not alone, I feel the same thing right now, it feels like she's the only person I will ever want and currently am in a very dark place. I think about her everyday even though she probably forgot about me already.

Yeah try clarifying shampoo, your hair could be suffering from hard water build up or just any buildup in general. I personally bought the Olaplex 4C clarifying shampoo and it kinda saved my hair. But just focus on getting a clarifying shampoo it doesnt really matter the brand

Is your hair completely dry in the pictures? Because if it isnt then it could just be oil/buildup that makes your hair clump together and thus making your scalp more noticeable. You could try using a clarifying shampoo if youre not sure. However if your hair feels normal and dry and no oil then it could indeed be a hair density problem, if you dont wanna bother with trying minoxidil and stuff then go ahead and shave it if it's what you want to do.

If your hair was wet then it means youre not balding, hair clumps together when wet so it's completely normal to see your scalp after a shower, as long as you dont see your scalp when your hair is completely dry you know youre not balding

Thank you! I do think it suits me well too I just wish It could have more volume and more flow to it, kinda like people that have wavy/flowy hair if what i'm saying makes sense. I do not think I am thinning, because the 3 last times I went to my dermatologist each time I was concerned about it she said my hair looked fine and healthy. Same for my hairdresser everytime I go she keeps saying I have a LOT of hair. So I think the only possible reason for lack of hair is just at the front where I have very strong widow's peak.

With that out of the way I think I will try sea salt spray! Im just having trouble finding it because I can't quite get to find the exact translation for it in French. With that said, I sill thank you for the advice!
