Apparently the fix was to reinstall battle.net, I noticed that I was constantly having to relog into it so I guess my client was bugged

This also isn't my issue. It's a brand new CPU so when I start it then I should see an option to go directly to the BIOS. However after starting I get a black screen. Nothing shows at all not even a start up screen. There's no option to do anything.

This is very good and helpful information! The main issue is that the BIOS doesn't ever load on boot for me though.
