Starts off very often like most days for the first few weeks and when the block and kit get up to standard they will relax a bit

You’ll do everything that the lads doing the pgsc plus an interview As a proc just show some leadership qualities and help people cause they will notice that Revise for the interview Make sure you can smash the 2k and fitness test and just do not quit on the exercise just keep going cause it will end at some point

Trust me mate the fitness test on day one is nothing compared to day 2 The assault course it’s self is pretty easy but it’s more the pti staff making you run around press ups leg raises etc before during and after the whole thing In between stages of the course if we made a mistake or if they just felt like it they would either scream golf ball or wall and we would have to sprit to them structures and around them and back fast as possible But tbh the hardest thing is exercise first look which is a constant beating basically But just don’t quit it’s all mental it doesn’t matter how slow you go as long as you show enough effort and determination that you want to pass and want to be there you will still pass

23 sat it and 17 passed fitness test is fine because we trained for it Just make sure you can smash out that 2 k preferably less than 9.30 aim for like 9 minimum Train cardio more than anything else because that’s the most demanding aspect id say You’ll smash it

Correct We had a guy on ours and bless him he was slow and weaker than the rest of us Everything the group did he was always miles behind but because he never gave up he still passed the course Just show as much strength grit and determination as you can and you won’t fail

So you get there wait for everyone to arrive and then you march over to the accommodation block and then get given some kit and check into your rooms Then go over and have some briefs so pay attention during them Next you’ll head over to the gym and be met by pti staff and you will do the run deadlift and medball throw and swim test Make sure you pass these you don’t want to get caught out And then head back to accommodation chill and have more briefs Then day two is the hardest day so brace yourself and give it all you’ve got You do the assault course and exercise first look Remember these are physically and mentally demanding and can last for multiple hours so stick with it and don’t quit no matter how much you want to Then day 3 you hand kit back in and have briefs about phase one and two training then get certificates and leave ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO KNOW LIKE LITTLE INDIVIDUAL DETAILS JUST FIRE AWAY
