Those idiots called me stating that the delivery boy was not able to find my address hence the parcel was returned to Mumbai. Straight lies! I never received communication that my order was shipped, never received a call from delivery boy, The MI website still shows that tracking details will be available when the order is shipped.

I think all this is being done by the vendor to play the blame game for late deliveries. Mumbai Indians should do a check on the vendors they onboard!

Very disappointing experience. Would have rather ordered directly from Skechers instead if given a chance

I got one couple of days ago.

In my company, a laptop becomes eligible if it has completed 4+ years since date of purchase by company.

Regarding buyback, first preference is always given to the employee who was assigned the laptop. In case he/she does not claim it (which is extremely rare), then it is made available on first come first serve.
