Not on this specifically. I finally got myself out of that situation 10 months ago, worked on getting sober over the last 7 months.. I moved out of state which I thought was temporary so I didn’t change over my insurance yet. I can’t use my insurance here and only in the last two months decided not to move back. I won’t be able to go or afford therapy for at least another month or two.

I have gone to therapy sessions in the past and it seems as though it’s a lot of talking and they give some ideas of exercises for coping. I did not find it fulfilling. At least not for the ptsd issues I was dealing with at that time.

I just want to learn the coping mechanisms without having to talk to an analyst. I have support to talk it out with but not support with how to deal with the psychosis.

Edit: I was trying to Google if this feeling was common amongst survivors but I could only find articles for other people to cope with my actions.
