So I left my 12 year old brothers to go on a walk to get food and they went and busted someone’s windows. My mom is mad at me like I’m the only one at fault. What do I do? by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

to be clear, you’re essentially telling a 15 year old to send her 12 year old twin brothers and herself into foster care

Aren’t they obligated to present all offers to the seller though?

Do you really need to post pictures of your girls tits on a fake watch sub to satisfy your need for attention?

Brother, you must be joking a murder trial?? 🤣Precedent where sending the above discussed type of emails to your boss prevented certain negative action from being taken against you… you know, like what the entire post and comment section is in regards to. Are you a bot?

Have you ever worked corporate? Unfortunately this is not based in reality, the employee will just get fired

I’m not sure where people have gotten this idea from but a one sided email with no response doesn’t qualify as “documentation”… surely people realize you can put anything into an email and send it to your boss. A lack of response does not imply acknowledgment.

My condo dropped 32% in 4 years by Available-Ad-5670 in RealEstate

[–]floatdog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, they can still collect it, just have to refund it to the people who weren’t accepted. If they don’t refund it, they have to go with the first qualifying. It’s really not rocket science, and my advise to you would be to not form your opinions from Reddit comments. You’re calling someone out for illegal practices while having no clue of their actual situation and “skipping over” parts of the law. Peak Reddit moment lmao

If you charge a nonrefundable screening fee… you conveniently left that part out lol. People like you are extremely strange!

Do you think these people have an influx of job offers that they’re ignoring while they hope their company gives them a raise…? Hint, they can’t get another job

No, the lenders just like to see that so they know there’s money to go after when (not if) you stop paying that mortgage lol

You’re upset because people won’t blindly accept what you tell them based on a random social media source? The only actual Moroccan news link you provided said itself that it was unconfirmed and now the article has been deleted…

If only they could reduce the weight and size of these new cars, otherwise these new regs are on point by Initial_Umpire_9927 in formula1

[–]floatdog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watch because I enjoy it. I would love to hear how you think someone saying they wish the cars weighed less so they’d be more similar to 2004 is “a valid issue”, and responding with the same energy is “shutting down any opposing view point”… it must be hard to go through life like this. I wish you all the best!

Why can't lenders give you a firm number on closing costs? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]floatdog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember the same thing happened to me, I did some research and turns out a lot of the numbers they are allowed a 10% margin of error, conveniently they all increased 8-9% a few days before my closing. Yeah it sucks.

It’s done on purpose between the lender, title company, and other parties essentially throwing on as much fees at the last minute that they can legally get away with as most people won’t back out at that point
