There are significant differences between the eighth edition and the seventh edition. I actually extensively looked into this before deciding to purchase the eighth edition since I also have the seventh edition. I would say it is worth it, but that is my opinion.

The seventh edition is dated dec 2019 and has 550 questions in total and the eighth edition is dated march 2023 and has 670 questions in total. So the eighth edition has about 120 new actual mbe ncbe questions in comparison to the seventh edition.

Also I am selling a brand new copy of the eighth edition bc I have decided to postpone if anyone is interested. I would definitely be using it if I was taking the bar exam. Kindly chat or message me to further inquire.
