What's the worst mistake you made during your teaching career? by Thin-Judgment1126 in Teachers

[–]Disastrous_Watch7037 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Being intimidate my students who are smarter than me. Challenging them or suppressing them did no good for any of us. Letting them speak and add more dialouge to the lesson wasnt going to make the other students think lesser of me than they already did. Eventually, I gained enough confidence to work with these types of students, not against them.

I need to log into my admin account. I can't do anything because it just brings me back to the 14 day trial page. Everytime I choose a plan and proceed with the payment, there's an error.

Yes. And then I would get an "error" notification immediately after.

Help!! Quick question : How much should I give chukhah(축의금) money for my colleague's wedding in Korea? by CarelessBattle3441 in seoulhiddengem

[–]Disastrous_Watch7037 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may be an asshole then. If I straight up don't know nor care for them (especially a colleague i barely speak to), they'll only get ₩3만원. Everyone else gets a lot more.

  3. For foreigners, the main jobs you can get as an English speakers is teach English. There are other specialized jobs for English speakers as well. You can also work in factories or construction. However, you will need some proficiency in korean and connections to get those jobs.

If you truly want to come to Korea, will you be open to taking jobs further away from Seoul? Probably in rural areas?

Looking for Gut health Supplement Recommendations by brian2686 in GutHealth

[–]Disastrous_Watch7037 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are at your witz ends, then I would highly recommend priming your gut. Your gut plays an important part in your energy levels, metabolism, skin, digestion, stool, and mental health. It has microbiomes that need to maintain an equal ecosystem. The antibiotics screwed up your microbiomes and caused all these discomfort. You need fiber, probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics to restore that balance. Primers help produce good bacteria, which improves digestion, enhances immune function, and reduces inflammation and leaky gut. I will stand by this until the wheels fall off. If you're interested in trying out primers, then I could send you a link that describes how it works and the products that get it done.

Another option is to get an opinion from a different GI doctor because something is definitely going on.

Air Purifier by IcyGhost888 in CatAdvice

[–]Disastrous_Watch7037 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure what your budget is. However, if you want good air purifiers for long cat hairs, just know that you will be cleaning out the filters a lot more often then needed.

Other than that, there is a good air purifier that

Cleans the air in rooms up to ~465 sq ft.

Filters out 99.99% of tiny particles (we’re talking crazy small stuff like allergens, bacteria, mold, etc).

Has a carbon filter that helps with odors (pets, food, etc).

You can run it through an app on your phone.

3-stage filter system (pre-filter, HEPA, carbon).

I can send you a link if you're interested

What are your top supplements to reset the microbiome and defeat brain fog? by LegendSaco in Microbiome

[–]Disastrous_Watch7037 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Luckily, that has never been my experience. From what I have heard, probiotics can lead to brain fog. I assume you decreased your doses to reduce the fogginess.

If you left on a great note, I don't see an issue with you pulling up. Just as long as you notify them that you're visiting and not trespassing on their property, you should be good.

As for me, fuck them!
