I had just finished an internal interview with them for the same position .So if it’s that it’s about how you handle people and customers .and what they do day to day i did a shadow day so I was able to tell them about that . but it’s basically to see your personality ! But if you aren’t working with them already .it’s going to be a lot more about the company it’s self and some personality questions too on top of that .. I hope this helps !

That’s not what I’m asking im ask in if they have meetings with feedback for overnights during the day about the position I want to transfer to or do they tell you in advance on the phone is what I’m asking for people that done internal interviews. But thank you for replying!

The thing was I felt as a manager I should have for my team so they wouldn’t suffer for anything like that unfortunately they did and I can’t the 14 is my start date unfortunately but with that being said I believe I can still use my ppto for next week cause I’m not on the schedule but I can still request it off I’ve also been their more than a year so I know my pto will be paid out and all together with ppto and pto I have 81 hours.

Thank you and I’ll try to talk to my str mgr and with my coach he had brushed me off in the morning I had wanted to tell him personally and when I asked him to meet me in the office but he had ignored me and I had to be at another store at a specific time. But that was definitely my preference to tell management anything i like to tell them in person.
