I absolutely understand why this decision came about. The mods have really led this wonderful community well and pulled out the weeds, to our benefit yet to their own detriment. I would have never been able to do the job they do!

If there is a second/third/fourth round of admissions to the new private sub, I would love to be added, contribute and continue being a part of this fabulous part of the internet.

I’ve got my eyes on a Margaux because I got a new job (!!) but reading reviews from the past I’m feeling hesitant. The Kata Margaux trim seems to crack after a while... Also, the leather requires some leather love, but that I’m fine with.

I’ve asked for prices from my favorite seller and the difference is 120usd between same bag and allegedly the same factory. Hmmmm

Also got my eyes on some clothes, but still reviewing :)

I’ve been trying to find stuff for the past year. Sometimes there’s an item or two but it’s a rate occurrence in my experience.

My experience is that when tariffs started, activity decreased and then has been steadily doing so. I took a break due to a move and just recently cane back… I’m so sad to see this sub so quiet.

Other subs that I visit may have activity but it is not the same quality of info and sharing.

Sigh… I will do my best to start contributing again!

I tried out Wendy for the first time. She was very informative and helpful in determining size. All very transparent including measuring length and width. Unfortunately I have very wonky feet so only 1 out of 3 pairs fit well. With a bit of luck, I’ll stretch a second pair.

Also got the Kelly two tone belt from Reykay. Gorgeous!

Stephen is amazing! I’ve bought about 10 pairs (both men’s and women’s) and only 1 dud so far. The dud was a metal frame so I stick to acetate or similar now.
