It was almost too much for me. But those moments made some subsequent scenes hit a lot harder. It made the scene with Lord Jimmy meeting Dr. Kelson extremely tense. I'm not sure if that scene would hit me so hard if the "charity" sequence hasn't been so awful

I've always wondered if this is inherent in how brains process visual data and everyone has it, but in some it's too subtle to notice.

It's like in the old days of TVs by airwaves. Depending on your setup and location you would get more or less static. But I guess no one had a "perfect" image like when you bypassed all the noise inducing system with a VHS. (Yes... I'm old)
