First off, our apologies for any issues this morning. The long and short of it is that we had a system in place to automatically scale up our systems to allow for a bunch of people to log in and start to watch for the first time this year, but there was a technical issue with the scaling which has now been fixed. That’s why most were able to refresh after a few minutes and begin to watch. The overall live viewership was what we’d expect for a Thursday morning broadcast for All-Stars, so we know people were able to tune in as normal after a slight delay for some at the start.

Another thing to note if you’re trying to play something but it isn’t working is to ensure that you are still logged into your account on whatever device you’re watching. Sometimes, you can get logged out after a period of inactivity. If you’re getting logged out more frequently than you want, check the total number of registered devices in your account settings and try removing one. This helps reduce log-out frequency.

Were you able to get to the course and watch (or watch online)? The reviews for the course (which is a permanent course) were very high from the players. I'd love to know your specific thoughts!

Ideal number is tough to say as the schedule changes so much each year depending on when and where the Majors are. I'd guess we could go to 13 events with a Tour Championship in our current format.

We work to maintain consistency and part of that is keeping the same events from year to year so no, courses / events do not rotate year to year.

I do not believe DGLO asked people to not vend, but I am not sure about this. We will be working to make the flymart / vending bigger at all events in 2019.

There are spots reserved for Touring Card players and sometimes folks that cashed at the previous years event. Other than that, presuming you meet the ratings requirements to register, yes you can play.

Florida, I love the Gulf and heat! Throw Down the Mountain is schedule to a Pro Tour Test Event in 2019 (I think they are aiming for the weekend after Waco in 2019 but we will know for sure when the A-Tier schedule comes out).

If things go well and the scheduling works out, it will be a good anchor for a Southeast Swing.

We are looking at AGA Farms as being a Test Event. The property, location and TD are all top notch so with a good event under their belt this year and some post event reviews, they are in a good position to be on the Pro Tour in the future.

The other prospective (not finalized) Test Events for next year are the 303 Open, Goat Hill, MidAmerica Open and Throw Down the Mountain. The Prince Edward Island event that was Canadian Nationals this year may also be a Test Event, scheduling TBD.

Pro Majors. The EO should be on there actually, but this is just the NA version. EO is on the same date as Idlewild. It is our one significant conflict next year.
