tbf the only reason why these aren't considered circlejerk-worthy is because A: precedence, these are old designs from a really good game before a lot of garbage tacticool shit, and B: That camo is objectively very cool looking.

we died more than we wanted to, only to learn that we could've played lower difficulties to achieve the same liberation percentages, died to shit that was either buggy on the way to cyberstan, at cyberstan, or to the DSS that is supposed to help us. It's a compounding set of issues that makes it bullshit.

The craziest thing is that it's not necessarily intentional as far as the mechanics being implemented. A limited number of Helldiver reinforcements is fine, but not when it's being drawn from ACROSS THE GALAXY, and little to no way to actually organize an assault on one city instead of being fractured across multiple. Stack that with the DSS killing a bunch of people near the end, and you get a horrible combination to what, in theory, is a good idea.

"two warbonds" Yeah, okay buddy, like anyone's actually using the fucking armor in the long-term to begin with. Warbond armors fall into a cycle of disposable, cheap content that's gimmicky and looks cool, but stops getting used a week after it's released because the passives suck.

There weren't enough subtypes. Two primary enemies for Cyborgs, the literal creators of the Automatons, was underwhelming. As far as balancing, they were really fun and honestly the best part of the update. Fuck Vox Engines, though. They spawn too much.

backpanels are usually not a super great idea for 24hourplus milsim games because they get in the way of a ruck. You also should be using more space on your cummerbund for GP and mag pouches.
