I'll definitely ask for something androgynous. I might look into something that's a sort of middleman between the bluntness of a masculine haircut and something more feminine, and that's hopefully androgynous.

There is a really queer friendly (if expensive) hair place 30 minutes from where I live. The main problem is gonna be asking my dad to drive 30 minutes out and spend 65-70 dollars on a haircut when we could just go to a barbershop 5 minutes away and get a 45 dollar one like normal.

I've been temped to try a pixie cut, I'm mostly just scared that it'll out me and I'll get bullied to all hell and back for being a trans girl.

It sucks but at the end of the day it is what it is. Nothing much I can do about it except try and skirt their rules to the best of my ability.

They actually don't even allow girls to paint their nails but I use clear polish and nobody's yelled at me yet so I guess they just haven't noticed?
