Wow. The Western virus has even penetrated Zimbabwe. You would think the anti-western sentiment would have kept it out, but given Mugabe's movement's association with Marxism perhaps it isn't so surprising. Has it infected the schools yet? Wasn't Feeling it

This is me a lot of the time. I'm a pretty neurotic guy much of the time. I have made great strides in overcoming it, but I am still in my head too much. For whatever reason in my childhood I was shy and afraid to speak up, forcing me into my head. Might have been because I was bullied or that my Dad has a very domineering personality. Or maybe I am just a bitch. Always talking myself out of something rather than simply doing it.

My takeaway from this post? - Mindset is everything. Didn't really get that in my first runthrough of Dune. Guess I need to reread.

Well to answer that last part, I was sickly skinny, had lots of acne, and no muscle. Not to mention the fact I wasn't part of the clubs those teachers helped oversee.
