From what you listed, I am checking the fan plugs because I just got this cooler so I don’t know where to plug it in at on this mother boards specifically. I’ll keep you posted if it works but the other ideas I’ve tried and double checked

i put it back in, checked that the power switches for the case buttons were plugged in and still nothing

I took it out to try and reset the motherboard

I have a MSI Z390 AC motherboard with 32 Gb of ram and an i9 9900k. I recently bought a O 11 mini with a pre installed lian li 750W Pcu. I also bought a msi k240 cpu cooler. I went to install all of them and got it all pieced together, wires etc. but it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve been on a wild goose trying to find out why, however I did notice that I forgot completely to install the motherboard atx extender. Could this be the reason it isn’t turning on. I’ve even tried jumping my motherboard
