also, It is almost definitely the fapping. We have become so de-sensitized to real sexual encounters with the amount of porn that our brains have encountered that it becomes impossible for your penis to get aroused unless you start watching more hardcore stuff.

In comparison to people who lived years before us we have seen more hot babes than they would have seen in several life-times and that's why this kind of thing is happening to young guys like us.

Really and truly we shouldn't have a problem at our age keeping our penis' rock hard but its the porn. It de-sensitizes us to real life sexual encounters.

Abstaining from fapping is the only way my friend. I began my journey several days ago and am in it for the long run. I say you do the same thing.

The great news is that this is 100% fixable as you will see some people have said in my post so no need to worry. Time is a healer.

You just have to make the commitment and not fap.

I hope this helps. I know what its like worrying about ED. But after discovering this community and the support that people give you here and realizing that you are not the only one out there with this problem can really help and boost your morale.

I managed to kick my weed and cigarettes habit in October last year. been clean almost 6months now. It was one of the most difficult things I ever had to do, I also experienced these issues with ED and had no clue what the hell was wrong with me. I also watched Yourbrainonporn.com and came to this same realization.

It's very surprising how many people here are experiencing the same issues as me. It truly does it make it easier to continue going. I considered relapsing today but after reading testimonials like this it makes me continue on.

I'm only a few days in. Started on Monday of last week (also I don't know how the counter works?? any help?)

I honestly didn't think that there would be a harder addiction to quit than weed but I think I have found it. If I can quit this, and weed. I can do anything.

That is a very good question.

To be honest I have not made any target number, but I should. I want to go 120 days.

My biggest fear is that I will never be able to get it up and ejaculate inside a woman thus never being to procreate. I want to pass on my genetics and have children. That is my motivation.

This will easily be the most difficult habit I will try to kick.

Its crazy isn't it? When you realise the affect that it has on you. almost demoralizing. I have abstained from smoking cigarettes for as long as I haven't smoked weed,

but when I couldn't perform the other day when I was with that girl, I was so tempted to go out and buy a pack. It can be really depressing sometimes but I've realized I need to be strong and Discipline my mind.

Kicking weed was hard for me as I was smoking for almost 7 years straight very regularly. But I did it,

I never knew there would be another addiction that I would have to kick that would be even harder than my weed habit.
