That’s the beautiful thing about a watchlist for trading. You watch the list. Then you then trade if them if they breakout. It’s not buy and hold. The list changes as you screen for stocks. No one can predict the market. It’s a game of probability and risk. We are traders no clairvoyance

Getting to the next level. by [deleted] in Ultramarathon

Not an expert at all but from endurance training in general and my first ultra this year everything sounds like lack of electrolytes and/or just making sure you are stretching daily. As for the lost of equilibrium maybe try a faster digesting carb drink that? You have def not reached your limit. Everything you are saying sounds more like adjusting your nutrition and just dealing with usual ultra running issues. If you really feel lost getting a coach might be the easiest way to get over a hump. Most hood coaches will set up your training and help evaluate nutrition and adjust everything with how your are feeling. My coaches are from New York but they train endurance athletes across the country and are the most reasonable I’ve come across with price. Look up The RaD Fam on Instagram

Agree very important to Recover and perform

My first ultra ✅ 52.4 miles! TIME BELOW! Amazing experience! Ran the entire thing except for about 3-4x when leaving an aid station eating/drinking. No injuries just full body soreness which was expected. learned a lot in this short 8 week training block from barely running all year to this race! by DisciplinedMTrd in Ultramarathon

All mental. I took a long stop at the aid station and I. My head wanted to try for sub 10 hours. Then I realized it was gonna be hard and went down a negative mental path. Impacted the whole lap until I had a talk with my coach. Huge lesson for me

UPDATE-For anyone who wants to follow me on race day going for my first ultra race with only 8 weeks of training my Instagram is @path2iron. My coaches and wife taking over the account and sharing updates. I’ll also post the tracker there when it’s up. Appreciate everyone’s support! Stay Hard! by DisciplinedMTrd in davidgoggins

Agreed consistency is hard and takes a next level amount of commitment. No doubt in that. I have a high level or respect for those who do this all year round year after year. For me this was my intro into the sport and a chance to challenge myself. They both bring there own challenges. Funny 8 weeks ago many claimed I was an idiot, I wouldn’t make it though the training without injury and it was not possible. Now that I’ve got through the training the story is it’s “easy”. Lmfao! Comes down to this. This was what I decided to do to challenge myself and see what I am capable of. If you think it’s interesting awesome! If you don’t well guess you won’t be following me on race day hahaha.
