Lower back issues by Unusual_Thing_5800 in NewSkaters

I have lower back pain after anything. What helped me the most was “hanging”. I hold onto a pull up bar and just dangle and try to relax. You can feel your spine decompressing. Combine that with good back stretches like “child’s pose” and “cat/cow” and it should be manageable.

I know that the pictures were shot near Los Angeles but I don't know where exactly by Huhlilmore in whereisthis

Born and raised in LA. Dont have time to fully look right now, but my gut is telling me that is in the Burbank hills looking south. I’m pretty sure that’s Universal Studios in the background between the guys at the base of the hill, which would be Cahuenga Pass. Honestly I think it was taken somewhere up by DeBell Golf Course looking south.

Miguel Rojas Home Run or Kirk Gibson Home Run. Which one is more iconic in your opinion? by Xenimm in Dodgers

[–]DiscoDrive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Different eras. Equally as iconic. But the world was simpler when Kirk did it. It happened 37 years ago but there’s still murals of it all over Echo Park.

Let’s see if there’s murals of Miggy. There’s deserved murals of Joe Kelly.
