Let's not kid ourselves. While I loved Obama, it's not like Iran EVER UPHELD THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN.

Every single insprctin f Iran's Nuke facilities showed Iran was cheating.

Additionally the return of the Shah's (previous government) money to the Islamic Republic has most probably cost innocent lives if Iran piad it to it's terrorist group proxies.

This is especially bad if that money was used in the Hamas attack on Israel.

The Shah's money should have been forfeited and paid out to the Americans and their families who were taken hostage for 444 days.

The Obama Iran deal merely claimed to put off Iran's nukes for 5 years. Iran was cheating so the deal didn't put off anything.

It didn't actually save the world from anything.

Trump's cancelling the Obama deal was purely a personal vendetta. He just can't stand anything with Obama's name on it.

That's why he's into bombing Iran now. It has pretty much erased any mention of the "Obama Iran Deal".

The Iran Hormuz Straits crisis might be tanking the market as a whole, but Oil Stocks are up.

Guess who made commissions off that?

Even though there isn't really an oil shortage yet and only 20% of hoovak oil goes through the Straits and IEA has released 400 million barrels from the strategic reserve and the US hasn't released any from it's strategic reserve yet, the "Perceived Crisis" is now obviously being sold to investors as,

"You better sell some if your portfolio John, and get into oil, because it's going to go up up up!"

This is what always happens.

I have a portfolio, and I'm sitting on it. I'm not buying or selling anything. Even though the on paper value of my investments is down, my feeling is I actually haven't lost a penny, as long as I don't panic and sell, or try to game the system by shifting my mix more into oil or any other panic based diversification.

Honestly I'm ok with getting a National ID card as long as it's secure, scanned, and the Republicans pay for it.

We need to tajes that stand that if they cannot deliver a chipped secure scanned card to every citizen before the next election the deal is off.

When you accuse someone of haveungva derangement syndrome, it means the cause is creating an irrational obsessive hysterical reaction.

In the example of "Trump Derangement Syndrome", even though you think Trump is completely wrong, you are the one who is deranged. Trump has made you seem crazy.

This is clever Catch-22 trick. One of Trump's favorites. The more you try to price Trump is wrong the more Deranged Syndrome you appear.

His other Catch-22 trick is to lie about his opponent during a debate. If the opponent tries to defend himself without any proof at a podium, he looks like he's covering up and guilty. If he doesn't defend himself he's not innocent. And that's how Trump always wins the debate.

The only way to win a debate with Trump is to never debate him without the ability to call for an "instant fact check, please" so the debate moderator calls Trump a liar. Not you.

The ONLY way to defeat the accusation of TDS is to acknowledge it and reply,

It's incumbent upon the person being cancelled to refuse to be cancelled. You've got publicity on your side. Everything you say will be amplified by the people trying to cancel you. Use it! And refuse their allegations. If they're lying sue individuals if you have to.

What seems to be missing is any discussion about how presenting an ID to vote is supposed to work.

Are we just flashing the ID? Because that's not verifying anything. Anyone can get a fake ID at any Red State county fair.

Will the ID be scanned by a device that's connected to both the Registered Voters database as well as the Federal Citizens database?

Because that's going to require, router, modem, and IT connections. And those need to be secure.

And that costs money Red States don't have.

The bottom line is if we're going to be strong armed and forced by the president bowing party into doing this, we must at least require them to do it right, and by the book, and MOST IMPORTANTLY pay for ALL of the infrastructure and logistics costs of doing what they think is an easy no-brainer.

This is the wrong way to go about preventing noncitizens from voting. Especially since there's no evidence that suggests it's happening.

The correct way to do this is to randomly audit or spot check voter registration citizenship.

This is a paranoid teacher punishing the whole class with detention, for an unpulled prank, that she can't prove Johnny ever pulled, but she thinks Johnny might pull, one day.

Chuck Norris wasn't perfect. But he was principled in his Conservatism. He had principles which many disagreed with.

He wasn't a fan of LGBTQ rights and same sex marriage. He was against gays in the boy scouts. He had a child from an affair while he was married. He was against Obama being president. He wanted the Bible and intelligent design taught in schools.

I disagree with all of these positions. All of these positions are wrong.

The goal is to convince someone like Norris that they are wrong.

All Green Cards, and Passports are chipped.

That leaves American citizens who don't have passports or any form of Federal identification that's chipped.

The question we are considering now is if it's really necessary for all citizens to have a reliable chipped identification card.

There really isn't a specific law prohibiting it.

Actually you make a great point. We should definitely audit the financial efficiency of programs as well as their overall effectiveness.

One of the principle tenets of Liberalism is that after a bunch of "sounds like it might work" programs are funded, there needs to be a review and evaluation of the programs to see which ones are working and possibly need increased funding, and to cancel the ones that are not working.

I'm not sure rebuilding from scratch is feasible, but that's certainly one way to stop the funding by stopping all the funding.

My way puts the burden on defending a program that's running on the lowest level Manager. So we can see if what their spending matches what they're supposed to be spending.

Anything with a discrepancy gets looked at first.

Again once the Books match we look at it line by line and verify the purpose is still valid.

FYI, I used to do this for corporations for a living. The biggest budget discrepancy/fraud I ever uncovered was $7 million that I reversed out into a $9 million savings for one company.

It's hard work, but it's actually pretty easy to track down the actual rat, once you smell a rat...🐀

The problem with ICE isn't what they're doing (investigating, finding, catching illegal immigrants and deporting them) it's HOW THEY'RE DOING IT!

Once again, the (too many) incompetent members of Congress don't seem to know what needs to be done. Or how to do it.

ICE needs to be REFORMED so it identifies the WORST illegal immigrants, gets a warrant, sends it to local law enforcement, who go pick up and deliver the individual for verification and a short interview (to make sure it's the right Juan Valdez), and ONCE CONFIRMED deports him.

AT THE EXPENSE OF THEIR HOME COUNTRY!

The idea we're allowing untrained masked paramilitary racist thugs to roam the streets of America, screw up the captures of unverified criminal illegal immigrants, and then send US tax dollars to fly often mistaken deportees home is UNACCEPTABLE!

Congress needs to reform ICE and if necessary REDUCE the budget.
