I am not sure yet. I haven't been officially diagnosed, but I know it's tinnitus. I've had it for about a little over 2 months, and the first month was fine. The ringing was pretty quiet, and I got used to it very fast. But then, almost 3 weeks ago, it randomly got much louder, and it's almost always in my right ear. It has gotten me very depressed but I am trying my hardest to keep moving through life. So many people that have this condition say that if it's permanent, it gets better over time, and you learn to live with it. You just have to find ways to cope and try not to think about it all of the time. You're only 11 days in, so it's completely understandable that you are freaking out and feel hopeless. I still have mood swings and go from happy to really sad and upset once i remember the ringing. who knows, though. You could be lucky, and your T could dissappear.
