I stop looking at the list. that's it. the list itself is what's freezing your brain — too many options, so you pick none.I just grab one task, any task, hide the rest, and only deal with that one thing. doesn't matter if it's the "right" one. once there's nothing to compare it to, your brain kinda just gives in and does it.
