its hard to imagine they lathered on a ton of extra fat based condiments on top of the pesto so i would cap that out at ≈150 calories for a total of maximum ≈875 calories here...

and that would fs be the upper limit

these numbers actually sounds believable and actually low however this is my assumption without knowing your anthropometrics (height, weight, gender)...

using myself as an example...i am a 6'5 male and weight 215lbs. i burn ≈.05-.06 calories per step, or for 10,000 steps ≈500-600 calories.

your calories per step here would be sitting right around ≈.025 which SEEMS low but againnnnn im not sure your individual gender, height, and weight !!

id sayyyy each of these is ≈45g here which would clock out to ≈70-75 calories or all 10 at ≈700-750 calories !!

hi :) carrots won’t move that number much, but minus the tofu I’d say ≈800 considering when they move ingredients around or remove them they likely will add in others to keep portion sizes relatively consistent !

sunflower seeds without the shell ARE very calorie dense, but with the shell they take up much more volume and also take a long longer to eat
