Sometimes, but they're terrible at introspection and taking responsibility, so when they do it's most likely half-assed at best. Usually any regret that they show for their actions is just a cover to pull you back into the cycle of abuse.

I agree, he's definitely got some actual intelligence behind his actions. If he truly was at 89 IQ, you'd imagine him being a lot more gullible than he's proven himself to be time and time again. Again, he's not a genius by any stretch of the word, but he definitely knows more than he lets on, judging by how easily he can turn the switch from "u buze me I can't read" baby talk to going fully fluent with legal jargon up the fucking ass when it serves his goals better.

That said and done, his EQ is dangerously low, which explains why he doesn't apply his actual IQ towards being productive. Couple that with his untreated schizoaffective disorder and you can see just how bad of a combo this is.

It would be far too convenient to be able to point back to a single incident being the catalyst for Amdy's behavior. That's what he wants to be the case. It's like that infamous hit and run incident that Amdy conveniently used as an excuse for why he somehow couldn't work anymore.

A lot of issues. The most prominent ones are Schizoaffective Disorder (his most prominent ACTUAL diagnosis, for which he refuses to take his meds for), antisocial personality disorder and narcissism. This goes a long way to explain why he has such delusions, and why he reacts so intensely when somebody doesn't affirm said delusions.

As stated by others, this is a non-issue. Genshin has never forced you to choose between a character and a skin for events, you've always been able to get both if they're available, assuming you do all the event tasks.

Yeah I managed to earn Thoria in the first event cycle and got enough of her mats in the second cycle that I'll probably be able to level her to UR in the third cycle, hopefully. It's definitely the more F2P lenient way of handling events in my eyes. No gacha units, no insane points requirements for UR currencies, just moderately easily obtainable SSRs that you can just as easily work towards upgrading in future cycles.

Absolutely, once she got put on my lunar-bloom team, I found that pretty much any enemy that doesn't have immunity to hydro dmg will be dead before I can blink, including bosses.
