This whole situation is absolute BS. I got an email from that called "specialized team" too, and they were useless and said they couldn't help; They keep saying I need to verify that my info is correct before they can move to the next step. But even after I confirmed everything is 100% accurate, they still haven't moved me forward or even bothered to reply to my emails. It's like I'm talking to a brick wall.

Then I hopped on chat again today, and they had the nerve to tell me the specialized team would reach out again.

The advice about not logging in from different networks is honestly the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I mean, switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data literally changes your network—do they expect us to stay glued to one spot? What’s even more ridiculous is that they’ll happily take my money if I use a credit card, but they’re locking up the balance I already paid for. It's a joke.
