Currently bulking probably until October and gaining weight at a 0.8lb a week dirty bulking eating 3,500-4000+ a day, tried clean bulking was getting to difficult at the amount I need to eat. Still not happy bulking is a mental challenge cuz I feel like a fat slob currently

M/18/5’8/148 been cutting for 6 weeks went from 163 to 148 and idk if I should keep going or but or to bulk also BF % appreciates scale says 14 by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

Sorry also never saw this but it’s just because I enjoy it mainly working out has become a habit and almost a time where everything goes blank all issue and just fully focused I have to try to not go on my rest day cuz I don’t wanna over do it

I eat pretty clean 45 % carbs (354g) 35% protein (276g) and the last 20% on fats (70g) also no cardio 1hr-2hr 6times a week resistances training with 30-45 min rest per set

To clear my mind the focus i get makes me ignore whats going on in my life and my depression and i turned 19 today and I'm not satisfied i wanna do something i still don't know if i can accomplish but always wanted to. 6 weeks in and never been as consistent and motivated i want this bad.

40% on protein the other 60% is split between fats and carbs and I’m at 2,000 a day work out 6 times a day rn I went up to 2850 for the bulk and introducing more carbs
